My husband and I worked with Stephen for our first home purchase in San Francisco. He helped us navigate the landscape, provided reputable references when needed and made the process seamless. He was knowledgeable, attentive and overall on top of everything, which was greatly appreciated since the process is pretty daunting as a first time home buyer. No question was left unanswered. What we also found extremely helpful was once we found our new home and was in contract, he helped us get a head start on some remodel work we wanted to do by coordinating meetings with designers and contractors so that work could get started right away. He understood o...

I worked with Stephen on purchasing my first home and can not recommend him highly enough. He is thorough and knowledgable, no question being too small to answer. He truly understands what his customer wants and is able to provide honest and fair recommendations, without being pushy. My experience working with him end-to-end was pleasant, fun, and enjoyable. Even after the transaction went through, he made sure to follow-up on my moving process and help address any issues or questions. Definitely will work with him in the future!

Helped us find a place that we really like! One of the best things Stephen can do is quickly eyeball the condition of various aspects of the property and what sort of costs you might expect in the future. He has a good grip on the industry, and did not push us towards properties that we didn't like.

I've always worked with Domicile Properties for my real estate needs. They are extremely knowledgeable and always have my best interests. Stephen was no different. He took all the stress away of selling a my condo in SF, especially during a pandemic. Him and his team even correctly predicted when my condo would sell. I can't recommend them enough.

Our experience with Stephen over the years has been outstanding. We bought our first home in San Francisco with Stephen several years ago. Stephen recently sold that house (with a price increase of 20%) and helped us buy another home in San Francisco at a fantastic price. Stephen is very professional and has great taste - he curates a wonderful list of homes to view and always really listens to what we want. He's very knowledgeable and we never felt like he was pressuring us to make a sale. He also has a great network of contacts to help with everything from the loan to painting and renovations. We'll continue to work with Stephen in the future for ...

My colleague at work recommended Stephen as he had helped them buy not 1 but 2 dream homes! My husband and I did not know anything about house buying but Stephen was great and patiently helped us through the process step-by-step. We thought it would take us at least a year to find our dream home but were able to find one in just two months because Stephen was very proactive about reviewing all the new listings and sharing his thoughts and went to view houses with us all the time. Stephen is super well connected and helped us with construction estimates, list of contractors, designers, etc. very promptly. We highly recommend working with Stephen if y...

I reached out to Stephen as part of a renewed house search because the first time I looked it was more aimless, and this time we (myself and my fiancé) were serious about landing a place. Stephen was responsive and incredibly helpful from day one: he talked us through the process, had a deep expertise and understanding of San Francisco, and made us feel comfortable as we began our search. Then we found a place we wanted in a matter of days, partially due to Stephen being able to help us move quickly on several open houses. With a short window to make an offer, Stephen helped coach us through getting the right paperwork, putting down a competitive of...

Working with Stephen and his team was a fantastic experience. We had a bunch of different opinions in our group, and Stephen was incredible at listening to everyone and finding a property that ticked all the boxes. It's hard to imagine we could have landed such a great spot without his help. He was not just knowledgeable and honest, but also super patient with us. He was always reachable and quick to respond at all hours - even while on vacation. Plus, Stephen's great reputation with other realtors in town made the entire process incredibly smooth. We truly appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping us find our dream place. Thanks Stephe...

Right from the start of our San Francisco house-hunting adventure, Stephen was so much more than just a buyer's agent. He was like our expert guide, cheerleader, and the real estate guru we didn't even know we needed! He answered every question we threw at him, patiently and expertly. Navigating the SF market was nothing short of daunting, but with Stephen's insights, our confidence took off. He had this incredible knack for predicting the selling price on any property we were interested in and seemed to know the best time for making an offer. Stephen made the entire process of buying a home in this competitive market seem like a breeze. If you're l...

My husband and I just closed on our first home this week after years of casually looking, and more seriously looking in the last - 8 months. We're lucky to have met Stephen last year and work with him + Domicile on our home search. We've met so many realtors (maybe 50!) throughout the years and felt like we connected with Stephen the most. He was super personable, had deep knowledge about the real estate market / trends in SF, and put in a lot more work than other agents to help us make informed decisions - like bringing in a contractor to see a home with us to estimate remodeling costs when we were considering a fixer upper. We ended up not going w...
