We're lucky to have met Stephen last year and work with him + Domicile on our home search. We've met so many realtors (maybe 50!) throughout the years and felt like we connected with Stephen the most. He was super personable, had deep knowledge about the real estate market / trends in SF, and put in a lot more work than other agents to help us make informed decisions - like bringing in a contractor to see a home with us to estimate remodeling costs when we were considering a fixer upper. We ended up not going with that home but were impressed with the time / effort Stephen put in to help us understand what we'd be signing up for. When we finally found the home we loved, Stephen + his team at Domicile were on top of it to make sure we had everything we needed and felt taken care of. We had several minor concerns with the house and he was able to work with the sellers to address almost all of them before we closed. I don't know how common that is but it was a great experience for us as buyers.
